Terms of service

These are the basic ground rules for using ClinicPms. We've kept them short and plain — but please read.

1. The service

ClinicPms is a software-as-a-service platform that helps clinics manage patients, appointments, prescriptions, billing, messaging, inventory and related workflows. We provide the platform “as-is” with the protections described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
  • You must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, including the Indian Medical Council Act, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, and Information Technology Act.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of patient and clinic data you enter.

3. Payment, billing & cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed in INR per clinic per month (GST extra).
  • You can cancel any time from the settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we will never charge you again after cancellation.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the platform.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass security controls.
  • No use of patient messaging for spam, illegal solicitation, or impersonation.

5. Data ownership

Your clinic owns its data. You can export it any time. We hold a limited licence only to operate the platform on your behalf.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep ClinicPms reliable, but the platform is provided on an “as-is” basis and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify clinic admins by email and in-app before any material change takes effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
